Acapulco is a city and major seaport on the Pacific coast of Mexico. The original town was built on a narrow strip of low ground in Acapulco Bay. This bay is a magnificent natural harbour surrounded to the north and east by proud mountains. The bay is said to be one of the most scenic places in the world and standing on one of its beaches you would never think you were within the limits of a city with almost three-quarters of a million people. Here you will find a tropical climate, some authentic Mexican food and a great nightlife.
